UBCE7IP4 Antibody (N-term) - Application data
-
The anti-UBCE7IP4 Pab (Cat. #AP2108a) is used in Western blot to detect UBCE7IP4 in HeLa cell lysate (Lane 1) and CHO cell lysate (Lane 2).
-
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

BACKGROUND
The protein encoded by this protein contains a RING finger, a motif known to be involved in protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions. The mouse counterpart of this protein has been shown to interact with Ube2l3/UbcM4, which is an ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme involved in embryonic development.
