|Application ||IF, WB, E|
|Calculated MW||134197 Da|
|Target/Specificity||This ATP2B3 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1161-1194 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ATP2B3.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||ATP2B3 Antibody (C-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium out of the cell.|
|Cellular Location||Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.|
|Tissue Location||Highly expressed in the cerebellum, particulary in the presynaptic terminals of parallel fibers- Purkinje neurons. Isoform XE and isoform XB are the most abundant isoforms and are detected at low levels in brain and fetal skeletal muscle. The other isoforms are only found at lower levels and not in fetal tissues.|
