|Application ||WB, IHC-P, E|
|Calculated MW||44878 Da|
|Antigen Region||96-125 aa|
|Other Names||Ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase subunit M2, Ribonucleotide reductase small chain, Ribonucleotide reductase small subunit, RRM2, RR2|
|Target/Specificity||This RRM2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 96-125 amino acids from the Central region of human RRM2.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||RRM2 Antibody (Center) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. Catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. Inhibits Wnt signaling.|

Provided below are standard protocols that you may find useful for product applications.
RRM2 is one of two non-identical subunits for ribonucleotide reductase. This reductase catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. Synthesis of the protein (M2) is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent fashion.
