Format
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Precautions
NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term) - Protein Information

Name NDUFA6
Synonyms LYRM6, NADHB14
Function
Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed to be not involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone
Cellular Location
Mitochondrion inner membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Matrix side

NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term) - Application data

  • Western blot analysis of NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #AP8810b) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). NDUFA6 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

  • Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

  • NDUFA6 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #AP8810bv) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
