APOL2 Antibody (Center) - Application data

  • Western blot analysis of APOL2 Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP8848c) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). APOL2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

  • Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with APOL2 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

  • APOL2 Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP8848c) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

  • Western blot analysis of APOL2 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal APOL2 Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP8848c). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the APOL2 gene.

  • Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of APOL2 Antibody (Center)(Cat#AP8848c) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
