|Target/Specificity||This HRIHFB2025 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 98-126 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HRIHFB2025.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||HRIHFB2025 Antibody (C-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Synonyms||ARB1, C22orf2, CBY, PGEA1|
|Function||Inhibits the Wnt/Wingless pathway by binding to CTNNB1/beta-catenin and inhibiting beta-catenin-mediated transcriptional activation through competition with TCF/LEF transcription factors. Has also been shown to play a role in regulating the intracellular trafficking of polycystin-2/PKD2 and possibly of other intracellular proteins. Promotes adipocyte and cardiomyocyte differentiation.|
|Cellular Location||Nucleus speckle. Golgi apparatus, trans-Golgi network. Note=Nuclear, in a punctate manner. Also found in the trans-Golgi|
|Tissue Location||Widely expressed. Expressed at higher levels in heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and placenta. Also found in brain, lung, liver and testis. Significantly down-regulated in thyroid and metastatic uterine tumors|
