Western blot analysis of ALG1 Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP9324c) in mouse kidney tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ALG1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with C10orf120 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

BACKGROUND
The enzyme encoded by this protein catalyzes the first mannosylation step in the biosynthesis of lipid-linked oligosaccharides. This protein is mutated in congenital disorder of glycosylation type Ik.
