Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal cross reactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.|
