Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(c). Some light chain cross reactivity may occur against Mouse IgG.|
|Storage Condition||Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.|

Mouse IgM antibody recognizes the mu chain of the Mouse IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgA or Mouse IgG. ELISA was used to confirm minimal cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes. Anti-Mouse IgM antibody is ideal with investigators involved in serum component protein research.
