|Other Names||Integrator complex subunit 7, Int7, INTS7, C1orf73|
|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP1987a was selected from the N-term region of human INTS7. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|
|Format||Synthetic peptide was lyophilized with 100% acetonitrile and is supplied as a powder. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml DI water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C.|
|Precautions||This product is for research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Component of the Integrator complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. The Integrator complex is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes. Plays a role in DNA damage response (DDR) signaling during the S phase.|
|Cellular Location||Nucleus. Chromosome. Note=Localizes to sites of DNA damage in a H2AX-independent manner|
