|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP3373a was selected from the region of human Phospho-BRAF-S602. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

Defects in BRAF are a cause of cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC syndrome), and a wide range of cancers such as lung cancer, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and colorectal cancer.
