|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP3585a was selected from the region of human Phospho-SPRY4-pY75. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

SPRY4 is an inhibitor of the receptor-transduced mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. It is positioned upstream of RAS activation and impairs the formation of active GTP-RAS.
