|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7189a was selected from the N-term region of human STK19. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

STK19 is a serine/threonine kinase which localizes predominantly to the nucleus. Its specific function is unknown; it is possible that phosphorylation of this protein is involved in transcriptional regulation.
