|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7734d was selected from the S182 region of human PUM2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

Capable of deadenylation-dependent and -independent modes of repression. May support proliferation and self-renewal of stem cells by regulating the translation of key transcripts.|
