|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP8767c was selected from the Center region of human INPP5K. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

INPP5K is a protein with 5-phosphatase activity toward polyphosphate inositol. The protein localizes to the cytosol in regions lacking actin stress fibers. It is thought that this protein may negatively regulate the actin cytoskeleton.
