|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP9074b was selected from the C-term region of human UTY. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

UTY encodes a protein containing tetratricopeptide repeats which are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions. This protein is a minor histocompatibility antigen which may induce graft rejection of male stem cell grafts.
