|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP9305b was selected from the C-term region of human TYW2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

Wybutosine is a hyper modified guanosine with a tricyclic base found at the 3'-position adjacent to the anticodon of eukaryotic phenylalanine tRNA. Catalyzes the transfer of the alpha-amino-alpha- carboxypropyl (acp) group from S-adenosyl-L-methionine to the C-7 position of 4-demethylwyosine (imG-14) to produce wybutosine-86.|
