In addition, Prolactin plays an immune-regulatory role by stimulating the activities of ornithine decarboxylase and protein kinase C, which are important for the proliferation, differentiation, and function of lymphocytes. Recombinant murine Prolactin is a 22.5 kDa globular protein containing 198 amino acid residues.|
|BiologicalActivity||Determined by its ability to induce the proliferation of rat Nb2-11 cells in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0 ng/ml.|
|Authenticity||Verified by N-terminal and Mass Spectrometry analyses (when applicable).|
|Endotoxin||Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng/ µg of protein (<1EU/ µg).|
|Protein Content||Verified by UV Spectroscopy and/or SDS-PAGE gel.|
|Precautions||Recombinant Murine Prolactin is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
