Background
CTACK is a chemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes. CTACK is involved in mediating homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites. CTACK Binds to CCR10. CTACK human recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 89 amino acids (25-112 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 10.3 kDa. CTACK protein is purified by standard chromatography.
