Background
Endothelial-Monocyte Activating Polypeptide-II (EMAP-II) is a tumor derived cytokine that is an anti-angiogenic factor in tumor Vascular development, and strongly inhibits tumor growth. Recombinant human EMAP-II is an 18.3 kDa protein containing 166 amino acid residues.
