Human macrophage inflammatory protein-3 β (MIP-3 β, Exodus-3, ELC) is a member of the β-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. It plays an important role in the inflammatory response of human T cells and tissue macrophages. Recombinant human MIP-3 β is a 8.8 kDa protein containing 77 amino acid residues.
