| Application Notes Ready-to-use T-47D whole cell lysate is prepared as a positive control for separation by SDS-PAGE and subsequent western blot analysis. Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool. The recommended loading volume per lane is 2~10 ul depending on the size format of your gel. | |
| Format Whole lysate is stored in 1 X SDS 0.3% beta-mercaptoethanol sample buffer. | |
| Storage Store vial at -70°C or colder. For extended storage, aliquot contents to minimize freeze/thaw cycles. Storage at -20°C will be stable for three months, storage at-70°C will be stable for one year. | |
