Phospho-HSPA1A-pY41 Antibody

Dot blot analysis of anti-HSPA1A-pY41 Phospho-specific Pab (Cat.#AP3419a) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.

Background:
HSPA1A is a member of the heat shock protein 70 family. In conjunction with other heat shock proteins, this protein stabilizes existing proteins against aggregation and mediates the folding of newly translated proteins in the cytosol and in organelles. It is also involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway through interaction with the AU-rich element RNA-binding protein 1. The gene for this protein is located in the major histocompatibility complex class III region, in a cluster with two closely related genes which encode similar proteins.

Application Notes:
The suggested dilution is:
ELISA1:1,000
Dot Blot1:500
Format:
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is first purified by protein A affinity chromatography. Then, the antibody fraction is peptide affinity purified in a 2-step procedure with peptides. The antibody is eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage:
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C.
