|Other Names||Interleukin-3, IL-3, Hematopoietic growth factor, Mast cell growth factor, MCGF, Multipotential colony-stimulating factor, P-cell-stimulating factor, IL3|
|Target/Specificity||Human interleukin-3 is an E. coli-derived recombinant protein corresponding to full-length mature human interleukin-3. Interleukin-3 supports the formation of multilineage colonies in the early development of multipotent haematopoietic progenitor cells. It has been shown to induce colony formation of macrophages, neutrophils, mast cells and megakaryocytes from agar-suspended bone marrow cells.|
|Storage||Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. Following reconstitution store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.|
|Precautions||Recombinant Human Interleukin-3 is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
