|Format||0.5 mg IgG/ml in Tris saline (20mM Tris pH7.3, 150mM NaCl), 0.02% sodium azide, with 0.5% bovine serum albumin|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||Goat Anti-TRABID / ZRANB1 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Specifically hydrolyzes 'Lys-29'-linked and 'Lys-33'- linked diubiquitin. Also cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked chains, but with 40-fold less efficiency compared to 'Lys-29'-linked ones. Positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that deubiquitinates APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription. Plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization. Required in the stress fiber dynamics and cell migration. May also modulate TNF-alpha signaling.|
|Cellular Location||Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Note=Enriched in punctate localization in the cytoplasm|
|Tissue Location||Widely expressed.|
