Target/Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP13419c was selected from the Center region of SDF2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.

The protein encoded by this gene is believed to be asecretory protein. It has regions of similarity to hydrophilicsegments of yeast mannosyltransferases. Its expression isubiquitous and the gene appears to be relatively conserved amongmammals.
