|Predicted||Bovine, Monkey, Mouse, Rat|
|Calculated MW||34592 Da|
|Antigen Region||4-30 aa|
|Other Names||Leucine zipper transcription factor-like protein 1, LZTFL1|
|Target/Specificity||This LZTFL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 4-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human LZTFL1.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||LZTFL1 Antibody (N-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Regulates ciliary localization of the BBSome complex. Together with the BBSome complex, controls SMO ciliary trafficking and contributes to the sonic hedgehog (SHH) pathway regulation. May play a role in neurite outgrowth. May have tumor suppressor function.|
|Tissue Location||Expressed in prostate, ovary, stomach, pancreas, esophagus, breast, liver, bladder, kidney, thyroid, colon and lung (at protein level). Down-regulated in multiple primary tumors (at protein level). Detected in testis, heart, skeletal muscle, thymus, spleen, small intestine, and peripheral blood leukocytes.|
