Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with SDCCAG33 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells using SDCCAG33 Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

BACKGROUND
SDCCAG33 is a colon cancer antigen that was defined by serological analysis of recombinant cDNA expression libraries. This protein is a member of the teashirt C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation of developmental processes.
