Other Names | Probable cation-transporting ATPase 13A4, 363-, P5-ATPase isoform 4, ATP13A4 |
Target/Specificity | The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP9107a was selected from the N-term region of human ATP13A4. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay. |
Format | Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed. |
Storage | Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. |
Precautions | This product is for research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. |
Name | ATP13A4 |

Cellular Location | Early endosome membrane {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:Q5XF90}; Multi-pass membrane protein. Late endosome membrane {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:Q5XF90}; Multi-pass membrane protein. Recycling endosome membrane {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:Q5XF90}; Multi-pass membrane protein |
Tissue Location | Expressed in heart, placenta, liver, skeletal muscles, and pancreas. Lower levels of expression are also detected in brain, lung and kidney. Weakly expressed in the adult brain. Expression in fetal brain is higher than in adult brain, with levels similar to several other fetal tissues including spleen and skeletal muscle. In adult brain expressed at low levels in all tissues examined, including the temporal lobe and putamen (PubMed:15925480). Highly expressed in the respiratory and integumentary systems (PubMed:29505581) |
