Calculated MW | This protein is fused with 6× his tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 21 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Leu 29. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 35-48 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. |
Gene ID | 7293 |
---|---|
Gene Symbol | TNFRSF4 |
Other Names | TNFRSF4, OX40, CD134, OX40L receptor, ACT35, TXGP1L |
Gene Source | Human |
Source | HEK293 cells |
Assay&Purity | SDS-PAGE; ≥92% |
Assay2&Purity2 | N/A; |
Recombinant | Yes |
Results | Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rh TNFRSF4 / OX40 / CD134 at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind human TNFSF4 Fc Chimera. The EC50 of human TNFSF4 Fc Chimera is 30 ng/mL. |
Target/Specificity | TNFRSF4/OX40 /CD134 |
Application Notes | Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH 7.4 to a concentration of 50 µg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 month. For extended storage, it is recommended to store at -20°C. |
Format | Lyophilized |
Storage | -20°C; Lyophilized from 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. |

Background
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4 (TNFRSF4) is also known as ACT35 antigen, OX40L receptor, TAX transcriptionally-activated glycoprotein 1 receptor, CD antigen CD134, OX40. OX40 / TNFRSF4 contains four TNFR-Cys repeats. TNFRSF4 is receptor for TNFSF4 / OX40L / GP34 and can interacts with TRAF2, TRAF3 and TRAF5.
